Not just yet, www.nickandmilly.co.uk is an internet-only boutique for now, but you will be able to call us to place your order within the next few weeks.
We take great care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on this website are correct when the information is entered onto the system. We aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, but the information, including product descriptions may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.

All products displayed on this website are available only while stocks last. If an item you wish to purchase is out of stock, please send an email to info@nickandmilly.co.uk. We will check if the item can be re-ordered and, if so, how long it will take.
Yes, we do accept overseas orders. See our delivery page for pricing and delivery times.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us ASAP at info@nickandmilly.co.uk, including the following:

Customer name

Order number

Date of order

If your order has already been dispatched to you (usually within 24 hours), you may not be able to cancel or return the order, please refer to our returns policy.
We have tried to make placing an order with us as secure and easy as possible.
To order simply click on the 'Boutique' section of the website toolbar and then add each item you wish to purchase into your shopping basket. When you have made your final selection, follow the instructions on the page and proceed to checkout where further instruction is provided.
To track your order you will need your user name and password which you would have created when you placed an order with NICK & MILLY London. If you do not have these details then please send an email to info@nickandmilly.co.uk and we will trace it for you.
We have standardised rates for delivery based on your particular location. We believe this is the fairest system for you our customer.


Delivery Charges:

United Kingdom - £5.50

Republic of Ireland - £10.00

European Union (EU) - £15.00

Worldwide - £25.00


Local import duties may be payable on receipt of your order. Nick & Milly will not be held liable for any import duties and taxes incurred.

We will endeavour to despatch all orders within 24 hours. For U.K. deliveries please allow up to 3 days.
For E.U. deliveries please allow 5-7 days.
For Worldwide deliveries please allow up to 14 days.

For U.K. we use Royal Mail recorded delivery and for all others we use well known international couriers, though we kindly ask that you bear with us any delays due to an unforseen event during the delivery process, such as transport delays, union strikes, terrorism or weather incidents etc.
Once an item has been received back at our warehouse, refunds will be processed within 28 days. A refund will not be processed until the unwanted goods have been received.

Note: The safety seal on the packaging must be intact and product in a sellable condition ie: no damage and safety seal in place. Our safety seal ensures that the products safety has not been compromised.

Please ensure that you post the return item/s safely in protective packaging by Registered Mail, as we will not be held liable for any loss or damage.
We cannot exchange or refund for change of mind purchases if safety seal is not intact due to hygiene reasons.

If you wish to return an item because it is faulty, or for any other reason you must contact us ASAP at sales@nickandmilly.co.uk, and a member of our team will contact you within 24 hours.

You have 7 days from recieving the goods (once items have been signed for on delivery) to request a refund.

This provision does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations. Further details available from Office of fair trading - http://www.oft.gov.uk/
When you want to return an item, please email us at sales@nickandmilly.co.uk and inform us of the reason for the return or exchange,along with your order number which you will have recieved in the confirmation email when you placed your order.

We will then advise you of the returns procedure via email.
Due to hygiene reasons, if safety seal is not intact, we can not refund on bath and body products due to change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We use Recorded Delivery services which require a signature. If they are unable to find someone to sign for the delivery, they will leave a card so that you can arrange to collect the parcel or have it re-sent from your local mail depot.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include the UK sales tax (VAT). The current rate of VAT is 17.5%.

NICK & MILLY London cannot be held liable for any local import duties and taxes.
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to our terms and conditions.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and www.nickandmilly.co.uk will take place on the dispatch of the products you ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in How to cancel an order.

If an order is not accepted, it may be for one of the following reasons:

-The product you have ordered is not available from stock

-We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment

-A pricing or product description error has been identified

-You have not met the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main terms and conditions
We apologise if an item you wish to order is sold out. Our stock availability is automatically refreshed on the website, but occasionally a number of customers place an order for the same item at the same time. If there are any problems with an order you place, we will contact you by email.
